Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policies below.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Only items purchased directly from our e-commerce store are eligible.
- Final sale items, personalized items, or promotional merchandise (e.g., "50% off" items) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is damaged.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@newulife.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Specify the item you would like in exchange, including size and color preferences, if applicable. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
- If your request is approved, you will receive further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for customer retail returns.
- A restocking fee of 25% may be applied on orders of two or more items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@newulife.com within 30 days of delivery. We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly at no cost to you.
Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our criteria, we will process your return or exchange within 14 business days.
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternative options, including store credit or a refund for the returned item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
